Accounts Executive

    Job Responsibilities:
  • Handle full sets of accounts and reconciliations
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly management accounting related reports or schedules in a timely manner to meet all regulatory submission requirements and deadlines
  • Ensure timely closing of monthly accounts
  • Assist in preparing annual budgets
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors, bankers, tax agents, and corporate secretary on all financial accounting issues
  • Liaise with supplier for invoices and payments
  • Monitoring the cash flow and payment term of suppliers
  • Perform account data entry and bank reconciliations
  • To assist in the implementation, review and improvement of internal controls and maintain proper accounting reports and to formulate, review and improve on internal controls and procedures
  • Undertake any accounting & reporting requirements and ad-hoc duties or projects as requested

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
  • Required skill(s): advance excel, MS Office, SAP
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
  • At least 2 year(s) working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya
  • Preferably Junior Executives specialising in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent

Assistant Producer

    Job Description:
  • Work independently in managing, coordinating and overseeing projects from Pre-Production to Post-Production, both locally and overseas
  • Multi-task and work efficiently on a variety of different projects simultaneously
  • Work alongside both the Creative & Ad Sales department of the channel, developing and executing work suitable for international audiences and clients
  • Produce detailed and accurate budgets
  • Liaise with clients and making sure their expectations are realistic and met
  • Manage contracts with talents and production houses
  • Manage talents and coach their performances
  • Assist producers with research, planning and organising projects on an ad-hoc basis

    Responsibilities will include:
  • Creating vignettes and advertorials
  • Scriptwriting and casting
  • On-location director & producer
  • Editing content on Final Cut Pro

Internship (Malaysia)

  • Assist in managing and developing content on social media and web as well as updating information pertaining to events and happenings
  • Assist in the execution of social media activities and campaigns across all Li TV platforms
  • Analyse digital presence through utilising online monitoring and measurement platforms
  • Communicate with stakeholders including internal counterparts from various departments and position levels as well as external service providers
  • Research on current lifestyle trends and happenings within the channel’s territories
  • Provide administrative support to the Content and Marketing team

  • Passion for television broadcasting and all-things lifestyle
  • Good social media skills and ethics
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Candidate possessing or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications, Advertising/Media, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent
  • Required skills in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
